在 2025 年，我們致力於與台灣各區域層級互動與交流，見證台荷夥伴關係逐步走向地方、更加貼近在地發展。

根據歐盟統計資料庫（Eurostat） 2025 年最新貿易數據，荷蘭在過去 11 個月持續穩居台灣最大歐洲貿易夥伴，雙邊貿易總額突破 151 億美元，其中半導體產業更是雙方合作的關鍵核心。

隨著台積電（TSMC）在高雄推動 2 奈米先進製程擴廠計畫，並在中央與地方政策支持下，台灣南部正快速崛起為全球重要的半導體製造與研發重鎮

12 月中旬，荷蘭在台辦事處代表浦樂施（Bas Pulles）率同仁南下，攜手多家荷商企業與南部半導體產業生態系進行交流。

此次活動共集結 35 家來自荷蘭與台灣的企業代表，並特別安排搭船環繞高雄 #亞洲新灣區，實地了解高雄 AI 科技園區的發展藍圖與投資潛力。

特別感謝 #荷商 #恩智浦半導體（NXP Semiconductors) 與 #高雄市政府經濟發展局的大力支持，讓本次交流順利推進，也為未來持續深化台荷在南部產業聚落與半導體領域的合作奠定良好基礎。

Year-End Recap｜Semiconductors & Southern Taiwan

Beyond sectors, 2025 also brought partnerships closer to the ground.

According to the latest 2025 trade data from Eurostat, the Netherlands has remained Taiwan’s largest European trading partner over the past 11 months, with bilateral trade exceeding USD 15.1 billion, led by the semiconductor sector as a core pillar of cooperation.

As TSMC advances its 2-nanometer fabrication expansion in Kaohsiung, supported by strong central and local policy backing, southern Taiwan continues to emerge as a key global hub for semiconductor manufacturing and R&D

In mid-December, Bas Pulles, Representative of the Netherlands Office Taipei, together with colleagues, led a visit to southern Taiwan, engaging with Dutch companies and the local semiconductor ecosystem to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The visit brought together 35 Dutch and Taiwanese companies and included a business cruise around Kaohsiung’s Asia New Bay Area, offering first-hand insights into the development vision and investment potential of the Kaohsiung AI Technology Park.

Special thanks to #NXP Semiconductors and the Kaohsiung City Government Economic Development Bureau for their valued support helping advance this exchange and laying a strong foundation for continued Dutch–Taiwan cooperation in southern Taiwan’s semiconductor and industrial ecosystem.
