Beste Nederlander in Zuid Taiwan,

Het Netherlands Office Taipei zal op vrijdag 27 maart 2026 een consulair loket openen in Kaohsiung.

Wilt u op deze dag een Nederlands paspoort of identiteitskaart aanvragen, of uw levensbewijs laten ondertekenen? Stuur dan een e-mail naar: tai-ca@nlot.org.tw.

Voor het aanvragen van een paspoort of identiteitskaart zijn 20 plaatsen beschikbaar. Meldt u zich daarom snel aan.
Vermeld in de e-mail het volgende:
- Uw volledige paspoortnaam;
- uw geboortedatum;
- telefoonnummer;
- van welke consulaire dienst u gebruik wilt maken (aanvraag paspoort / ID-kaart of ondertekening van uw levensbewijs);
- voorkeur voor een afspraak in de ochtend of middag (niet gegarandeerd).

U ontvangt daarna het tijdstip en locatie van uw afspraak en verdere instructies. Indien de agenda is volgeboekt kunnen wij u op een wachtlijst plaatsen.

The Netherlands Office Taipei will open a Consular Service Day in Kaohsiung on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Would you like to apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, or have your life certificate signed, on this day?

Please send an email to: tai-ca@nlot.org.tw.
There are 20 spots available for applying for a passport or ID card. Please register quickly.
Include the following in your email:
- Your full passport name;
- your date of birth;
- your telephone number;
- which consular service you wish to use (passport/ID card application or signing of your life certificate);
- preference for an appointment in the morning or afternoon (not guaranteed).

After this you will receive the time and location of your appointment and further instructions.

If the schedule is fully booked, we can place you on a waiting list.

The Netherlands Office Taipei (NLOT) handles your personal data with the utmost care. Personal data is information that can be traced to an individual, such as names, postal addresses and email addresses. Personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Netherlands Office Taipei’s website collects your IP address to be able to analyse user data. We do not ask for any other personal data.
