The Netherlands Office Taipei is located on the 13th floor of the Farglory Financial Center. The nearest MRT station is Taipei City Hall (Blue line).

If you encounter an emergency

Noodgevallen

Het 24/7 BZ contactcenter is altijd en overal bereikbaar. U kunt 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week bellen met +31 247 247 247. U kunt hier vragen stellen in geval van nood, bijvoorbeeld als u in een buitenlands ziekenhuis terecht komt, maar ook over consulaire zaken zoals over paspoorten, reisadviezen en legalisaties. Vanuit Nederland belt u tegen lokaal tarief, buiten Nederland belt u tegen internationaal tarief.

Bent u in het buitenland?
Dan kunt u ook tegen lokaal tarief bellen naar de Nederlandse ambassade in uw regio. In veel gevallen krijgt u dan ook het 24/7 BZ contactcenter aan de lijn.

U kunt het 24/7 BZ contactcenter ook bereiken op X @247BZ. De 24/7 BZ Reisapp bevat onder meer actuele reisadviezen. U vindt er ook contactgegevens van alle Nederlandse ambassades, consulaten en honorair consuls. Met deze app kunt u direct contact opnemen met 24/7 BZ contactcenter.
U kunt de 24/7 BZ Reisapp downloaden in de Google Play en de App Store.

Privacy

The Netherlands Office Taipei (NLOT) handles your personal data with the utmost care. Personal data is information that can be traced to an individual, such as names, postal addresses and email addresses. Personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Why NLOT processes personal data

The Netherlands Office Taipei’s website collects your IP address to be able to analyse user data. We do not ask for any other personal data.

Data sharing

If we collect and use your personal data, it is usually because you have contacted us via email. And you have provided information about yourself. Your request may require NLOT to share information, including your personal data, with other organisations. It does so on the basis of the principles set out in the GDPR. For instance, NLOT may need to share information with other government agencies for the purposes of consular processes.
