Summer Consular Visa Counter Service Announcement

Dear Applicants,

Due to the increased workload at the consular visa counter during the summer period, we have added an additional service window (Desk 2) to reduce your waiting time. We kindly ask all applicants to follow the guidelines below when handling your applications:

After entering the building, please proceed to the reception desk to obtain an access pass.
Take the elevator to the 13th floor. Please line up and have all your application documents ready. Proceed in order to Desk 1 or Desk 2 for processing.
After submitting your documents and completing the process, our staff will coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands as quickly as possible. Please do not request expedited processing. If you have special needs, please email us at: tai-ca@nlot.org.tw.
Please pay close attention to the photo requirements. Use a ruler at home to ensure your photos meet the specified standards. Applications with photos that do not meet the requirements cannot be processed. Photo Guideline 20240815-1.pdf
